Roles/Responsibilities: The Finance Manager's duties will include but are not limited to performing and overseeing financial operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll. They will manage financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support informed decision-making and ensure the financial stability and growth of the company.


Roles/Responsibilities: The Director of Finance’s duties will include but are not limited to establishing targets, developing budgets, and performing financial analysis. The ideal candidate will be an excellent oral and written communicator with outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities. This position’s ultimate goal will be to guide the company toward profitability and success.


Roles/Responsibilities: Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of estimating experience with plumbing and/or HVAC systems. Field experience may be substituted. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a must. Estimating software experience is preferred but not necessary. Applicant must pass background checks to access federal buildings and installations. Also, must be detail-oriented and willing to work in office and field settings.
